Members, we have an updated member verification process. This audit is required to be completed every two years. This year, we will be updating the process. A random sampling of 100 members will receive a letter from our auditors. The letter contains the last four digits of your account number, your name, and your balance as of 12/31/2025. All we ask if that you complete the letter by selecting if the information is correct or incorrect and that you return it to our auditors in the provided postage-paid envelope.

Federal regulations require us to periodically confirm member information to help protect against fraud and identity theft. Even if nothing has changed, we’re required to verify it from time to time to keep accounts secure.
